By John C. Alsedek:
Another adaptation that was originally done on the 1940s SUSPENSE, this episode feels like a turning point to me. Up to this point, it had been some combination of Adrienne, Daamen, Lizzie, or Chris Duva starring in almost every episode. But starting here, our acting pool began to grow; David Collins (best known for his work in the Star Wars computer game world) and Susan Eisenberg (THE voice of Wonder Woman in the DC Animated Universe) turn in ace performances, and we make some tweaks that make an already fine Cornell Woolrich story even eerier.
Episode 19: "The Night Reveals" Stars: David Collins, Susan Eisenberg, Adrienne Wilkinson, Christopher Duva, and Steve Moulton
An insurance investigator dealing with a rash of fires in Manhattan begins to suspect that the pyromaniac is his own wife.
Adapted for SUSPENSE by John C. Alsedek & Dana Perry-Hayes from the short story by Cornell Woolrich.
SUSPENSE writer, producer, and radio-drama aficionado John C. Alsedek shares the history of early radio and television and the impact it has made on the world of entertainment in his ongoing series for Flapper Press.
