Don't Stay Somewhere that Makes You Feel Small

You’re enormous, and I’m not talking about your physical body, so don’t even go there. I’m talking about your charisma, your life force; I’m talking about the size of your unique contribution to this world. Your medicine is huge. It’s bigger than you can conceive.

Oprah says, "The universe can dream a bigger dream for you than you can ever dream for yourself."

And we gotta use that same philosophy when thinking about the range and scope of our life’s purpose. It’s bigger than we could ever imagine, and thank goddess for that!

"You are so much stronger than you give yourself credit for."

And I don’t just mean your muscles. Your heart is stronger than you could ever imagine, and your spirit is too! It’s high time we started getting real about the false limitations around us; it’s high time we start tearing them down. You are not weak, and you are not lazy, and you are not insignificant.

We need to surround ourselves with people who encourage us to expand and take bigger risks and claim our power completely!

So why would we ever allow ourselves to be told the opposite? How could we ever stay in a job or a relationship or even a neighborhood that tries to shrink us?

Taking in

You cannot be made small. You cannot be made dim. You are too big and too bright. But you can be made to FEEL small. And if you ever start to feel that way, if you ever start to doubt your radiance and your value and the big beautiful life that’s waiting to be born from your body and your breath—well, honey, that’s just the devil and all his lies coming up on your back bumper. So put your pedal to the metal and speed the hell out of there.

Life is too short and you are too precious to spend one second more in a place that makes you feel small!
