Quells psoriasis
Fights the flu
Aids the circulatory system
Prevents heart disease by lowering blood serum cholesterol
Reduces lipid deposits and reverses excessive blood clotting
Dilates blood vessels to aid in blood flow
It was also used in ancient times for its aphrodisiac power!
Indulge yourself and those you love with this recipe— very easy, rich, indulgent and delicious.
Light My Fire Cake
1/2 cup (100 g) melted butter
1/2 cup (100 g) brown sugar
2 whole eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
4 Tbs cocoa powder
1 Tbs chocolate chips
1 fresh chili pepper, minced
1 pinch of salt
½ tsp of baking powder
Preheat oven to 400 F (180 C)
Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with flour, shaking off the excess flour.
Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add one egg at a time to the flour mixture and beat until soft and airy.
In another bowl, sift flour and cocoa powder. Add baking soda and chocolate chips. Gently combine this with the egg mixture. Add the chilies, and mix.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake for about approx. 30 minutes—until the top is crispy and the middle is gooey. The gooey center makes the cake decadent and delicious when served hot so . . . serve it hot and enjoy your evening!
